The “Cool Kids” of Senior living
Multi-community print advertising campaign developed for Sagora Senior Living to reposition senior living as energetic, social, and lifestyle-forward. The “Cool Kids” concept was deployed across multiple locations using billboards, flyers, rack cards, and direct mail to highlight amenities and frame senior living as a place of belonging and personality — not decline.
The visual direction paired confident photography with playful language to challenge outdated perceptions of aging and invite prospects to see themselves as part of a vibrant resident culture.
